Proposed Company Name
Provide at least 2 preferred names, with the first name being the most desired name. Your proposed company name cannot be identical to an existing name or contain prohibited and undesirable words. We will check if the company name is available for use.
Company Business Activities (SSIC Codes)
The business activities are not meant to limit the company's business operations and are for categorization purposes to reflect the company's 2 main activities. The company is permitted to conduct other business activities provided they are legally allowed. You must submit at least one SSIC (Singapore Standard Industrial Classification) Code to represent the business activities of your company, and may have one additional SSIC Code.
Registered Company Address
Please provide the address if you do not wish to engage our address service. A registered office address is where all communications and notices to the company are addressed to, and where the company's registers and records are kept. The registered office must be an address in Singapore, but it need not be the place of operation.
Shareholder Capital Details
Let us know your issues share capital and number of shareholders! Typically, $1.00 is sufficient, and at least 1 shareholder is required.
Financial Year End
A company's financial year end (FYE) represents the final day of its accounting period, and is usually 12 months or 52 weeks. Common choices include 31 March, 30 June, 30 September or 31 December.
